Founder & Lead Trainer

Mike Ramsden brings over 27 years of hands-on experience in arboriculture, having worked across all levels of the trade—from ground worker and climber through to supervisory and senior management roles in the UK and Australia.

Before founding treesystems, Mike spent eight years as Operations Manager at a leading London-based arboriculture company, overseeing large-scale operations and multiple crews during a period of significant growth.

With qualifications in both the UK and Australia, including NPTC Assessor and Training & Assessment, Mike combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of what it takes to train work-ready arborists.
